Since its formation in 1998 Scanplan has grown to become one of the UK's principal suppliers of document and electronic data management solution.

Our unique Scanplan Image Management Software, provides clients with a customised and expandable platform for image management and retrieval, adaptable for individual office departments, or for networking across a whole organisation.

We provide data management solutions across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including insurance, commercial property and banking. We handle in excess of one million items of data a month on behalf of blue chip multinationals and public service organisations, as well as smaller national and regional companies.

Using the latest innovations in scanning technology, all our scanning complies with BSI DISC PD0008 for legal admissibility. All images, once scanned, can readily be converted to match any other electronic data management system clients may already have in place, with a guarantee of accurate document recall every time.
