Scanplan Image Management
Software
Our own, unique document retrieval software uses intuitive menu screens to make
it easy for the end user to search for archived documents, which are
retrieved using industry standard file formats. This means that any image
can then easily be transferred to existing or future document management
systems. Scanplan Image Management Software can
be used on standalone workstations or can be networked for access by
multiple users.
DocuWare Software
DocuWare is an integrated
Document Management System (DMS) that allows organisations to automate business
processes. It reduces time and cost and increases efficiency via document
imaging, content management and workflow solutions.
DocuWare stores and
organises any type of document, including electronic files and e-mail, in
one common document pool. These
documents are then able quickly and easily, at any time and from any
location.
DocuWare is a Windows
based Client Server application which can be access with a Desktop Windows
Client or through a browser using the Web Client.
At Scanplan we consider the price performance to be second
to none and DocuWare is consequently the only
third party DMS that we now resell.
Disaster
Recovery
We automatically back up all the information processed on behalf of our
clients, which is then stored in a secure location. So should disaster
strike, our clients are assured that their information is safe and can
readily be retrieved within a matter of hours.
